Atram Colours hopes our customers are satisfied with their purchase. All our products are handmade with care and attention but due to its finish and design there could be a slight difference to what shows on the website. 

Instead of plastic packaging we supply handmade cotton jewellery purses with every product. These can vary from what shows on the product page.

Shipping & Return Policy

I usually dispatch within 1-3 business days to the UK. I use Royal Mail 1st Class and 2nd Class service. The charges are £3.50 and £2.50 respectively for a small package. I offer free of charge delivery for purchases over £50.    

World wide International Standard delivery is £8.50 and I offer free of charge international delivery for purchases over £100.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. 

Return postage must be paid for by the customer.

All payments are conducted through PayPal. ​
